To make this happen, they needed a complex, multi-million pound, strategic sourcing programme – powered and inspired by full-time commercial leadership. The issue? There was no in-house resource to help.

We provided the resource to run the entire programme on behalf of the client. This meant they were in expert hands throughout their journey. Drawing on our experience, we offered a wealth of strategic skills and business knowledge to ensure the desired outcome.

The role had many responsibilities: establishing programme governance, developing and managing the plan, drafting a business case, seeking and obtaining approval, RFP leadership, as well as negotiating the contract signature and beyond. We were working with all levels and specialisms across the organisation, including technology and architecture, finance, infosec, legal and c-suite.
