Positive feedback – do you give or receive enough of it?
Last week, out of the blue, I received an email from one of our fabulous customers expressing their gratitude for our services and in particular my support during a negotiation. It made me feel really good 🥳!
I am fortunate enough to really love what I do and to have an incredible business partner Sarah Walters, side by side we define the fantastic service we deliver at Aster Commercial Services Limited, so we are always feeling good. The positive feedback gave me a boost that made me realise that, professionally, I don’t perhaps give enough and it had been a while since I’d received any. As part of my commitment to continually improve I am going to be conscious to share praise, to give people a boost and will still be extremely chuffed when it is shared with me.
