How do you select your strategic delivery partners?
At Aster, we always advocate taking into account how you think you could work with suppliers when going through any selection process. Of course, they need the right credentials to support you with your strategic programme, but if they don’t ‘get you’, any obstacles you come across could be more painful to manage than they need to be.
